John Villaneuva is the President and Chief Executive Officer of VMW & Associates, Inc. VMW is a Virginia-based company that specializes in providing strategic planning, executive development, management, and intelligence training to public and private sector clients. Prior to building the company, he worked as a Defense Strategist for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Continuity and Crisis Management. He is a decorated veteran of Operation "Desert Shield/Storm" in the Persian Gulf, and Operation "Just Cause" in the Republic of Panama.

His academic credentials include Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Regents College, Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University, Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence with a concentration in Middle East Studies from the Joint Military Intelligence College, and Post Graduate Diploma in Intelligence Studies from the Joint Military Intelligence College.
